Requirement for new membership

The society has the following four types of members:

1) Ex-officio Member
All the district level officers of Revenue Department, Police Department, Electricity Department, Health Department, Water Corporation, Judiciary and all other officers appointed in the district, whom the President, District pradarshini may nominate ex-officio, will be called ex-officio members. Apart from these officers, the elected members of Lok Sabha, Legislative Assembly, Rajya Sabha and Legislative Council of the district will be called ex-officio members of the society.

2) Patron Member
Any citizen of India who is more than 18 years of age and has no criminal history, can become a patron member upon depositing 2,01,000 (Rupees two lakh one thousand) marks in the pradarshini.

3) Lifetime Member
Any citizen of India who is more than 18 years of age and has no criminal history, can become a life member upon depositing 1,01,000 (one lakh one thousand rupees) marking in the pradarshini.

4) Ordinary Member
Any citizen of Bulandshahr district, who is more than 18 years of age and who has no criminal history, can become an ordinary member of the pradarshini for one year upon depositing 5,100 (five thousand rupees) marking in the pradarshini fund. The term of an ordinary member will be from July to June 30 of the following year.

Note: The executive committee will have the right to accept the membership of all types of members other than the ex-officio members. Membership will be granted only after the resolution is passed unanimously or by majority in the meeting.

If the executive considers the character of any person who has applied for patron, lifetime or ordinary membership to be suspicious,  it may ask him to produce a character certificate to be produced by the police.
